Challenger Services, Inc. (CSI) is an experienced, qualified contracting company specializing in all facets of heavy construction projects in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. From concept, to fully operational projects, including Pad Sites, Frac Pits, Pipe Lines, Facilities, Street & Highway, and all other oil field related projects. CSI also designs and builds Trans modal facilities,including: Frac Sand Offloading, Crude Oil Loading/Offloading, and Crude Oil Storage Facilities.

CSI has performed civil and mechanical construction on multiple LNG Cryogenic Gas Plants for companies such as: Southern Union Gas, Energy Transfer, Southcross Energy, and Saulcon Industries. Starting with raw land and completing all surface, and partial mechanical construction. CIVIL CONSTRUCTION:

Surveying –

CSI employs one surveyor and a surveyor’s helper
CSI operates Full Trimble GPS stations with data recorder, CAD design and 8 full machine GPS guided grading machines

Equipment –

70 pieces of late model heavy machinery
Materials trucking fleet

Experienced Employees –

Four on site supervisors with more than 80 years combined construction and general contracting experience
Experienced equipment operators
QAQC of all operations

General Contracting –

Full working knowledge of LNG Cryogenic Gas plant construction
Fully Insured and Bonded
Direct project management and construction of multiple Transload Facilities – including Frac Sand, and Crude to Rail
